Great location and spacious. Dated interior and furniture but definitely didn't ruin the experience. Staff was amazing. Stairs take your breath away but that's how it goes in the mountains. Had a great time.

Aspen Alps were perfect from beginning to the end! They offered a free shuttle from and to airport. Offered a great hot-tub, pool, spa, massage and fitness center services. Ski in and ski out from living room were just fabulous addition for our stay. Definitely will return to repeat my stay with them!

This is our 3rd time staying here and it is great. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Car service provided. Ski in/ski out at AJAX is amazing. Spa, Gym, heated pool and hot tub on property.

The lay out of the condo is very strange. All the rooms are far away from each other. They are too far apart if you have small children. You have to walk several long flights of stairs to get to the condo. No car access. The living room and kitchen are small for the size of the condo. the furniture is old, uncomfortable. Too many mirrors in the master bathroom. There are no brooms, vacuum for clean up.

The service was top notch. The maid service was superb. Andrew in the office was extremely helpful with part of my stay. The aspen alps is the best one only place to stay in Aspen.

We had a wonderful stay - great view of mountain and gondola! Team there was very accommodating - great outdoor patio facing Mountain views.

Overall our vacation was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. <br/>The unit itself is a little tired. The carpet needs to be replaced and the mattress in master upstairs needs to be changed. It is very uncomfortable with lumps and valleys.
