Aspen Alps Apartment #804 [1]
Woodcocks/ 3rd year
Reviewed on 2023-02-06 by Robert W. , Lake George, NY United StatesAll in all solid. Unit was perfect for us. Noticed that the gym was needing a refresh and the locker rooms seemed a little less than optimally clean. Steam room had a bad smell. Gym staff was not overly attentive or friendly. Had a couple of mishaps with the transportation service. Son was left at the airport for after 5 min delay following 3 phone calls to me asking where he was and we explaining that he was waiting for a bag.
Amenities worth a second trip !
Reviewed on 2023-01-14 by , Manhattan beach, CA United StatesOur unit #804 had beautiful views, perfect kitchen, living room, and master! The guest rooms were a little tight for adults and lack of hanging space. But due to the beautiful view location it was a little hike to our unit. The Bellman staff went ABOVE and BEYOND helping us with luggage and shuttles.

Good, Could be Great for the Price
Reviewed on 2022-02-25 by Sean L. , Tampa, FL United StatesUNIT 804-ski-in/ski-out..the location to downtown and the lift is phenomenal. Views are amazing as you are essentially on the slope watching the skiers/boarders go by. The space is nicely laid out..2 BR & 2.5BA, kitchen, living/dining on the main level with the kitchen (small-ish, but updated) and the master suite on the 2nd level. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably..we were 2 families with two 5 year olds. Management was very good and attentive to needs, were helpful in many areas and staff was extremely friendly. That said, there are tremendous opportunities which would make this unit 5 stars as opposed to 3.5 stars. The furniture and rugs are very dated and are a collection of random pieces throughout. The bedding needs to be replaced as it is all dated and less than comfortable. The towels were very worn and rough and housekeeping (staff was nice) was inconsistent on when (or if) they would attend to the unit. There were also no blankets in the living area to use, except on very thin, frayed, dated, piece of fabric. The microwave was broken and we only had 1 took a visit to the office after the initial request to get resolved. Also, the hot water in the master was inconsistent. The other item which may be a deal breaker for some is the steps to get to the unit from the lower lot..we counted 155 steps from the door to the lot..this includes stairs and walking steps..if you have trouble with stairs, or have very young children, this could be an issue, but this is the sacrifice for the view and it is, what it is. You can cut the walk down substantially if you park, or get picked up, in the Upper Lot, however, this is not reasonable if you are just walking into town which is a half block from the property. We did not mind the climb as you are on the top level w/ vaulted ceilings and an amazing view. Expected more for the price, but if the owner invested some funds to upgrade furniture/fixtures/bedding this would be nearly perfect.
