The staff and housekeeping are excellent. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations, pickup and drop off from the airport. I can’t wait to go back.

The Parrish's stay at 408 Aspen Alps in late September 2022

The condominium was rather dark and lacked any view of Red Mountain. The furniture was uncomfortable overall. We liked the look of it but not the feel of it. We found the 500 building to be preferable to the 400 building due to previous visits. We enjoyed visiting with old friends from the seventies, driving up to Maroon Bells and Ashcroft and up the Pass. We saw the aspen leaves change from green to gold. It was a great vacation.
