It was wonderful. Your staff is amazing.This is our 2nd time to stay with you and we will be back. Although the original unit we reserved ended up not being available, we enjoyed the one you moved us to very much.

We really enjoyed the location. I would have liked updated bathrooms and the kitchen. Didn’t feel like it was ever really clean in general. Flooring also needs to be updated.

The Aspen Alps is perfectly located, extremely well managed, and always goes above and beyond to ensure a great trip. 210 is a great condo for younger couples, families, or just a couple getaway. Kitchen has the essentials, patio and fireplace are great, and the management will help take care of any reservations or adventures you would want - ensuring the guets's ability to get away, relax, and enjoy best in class service from both the Alps and everything else Aspen has to offer. Aspen Alps, in our book, is the only way to go for Aspen.

Our family, with 2 adult children and spouses had a great experience. The staff maintaining the property were efficient and professional. While the complex is older, it was comfortable, and the location couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend !

Overall this is a great property that is very enjoyable. Only complaint was that the main living room area heat/heater was not working during our stay

The location of the Aspen Alps can’t be beat...we were traveling with a dog but from other travel experiences, dog friendly accommodations don’t have to be worn out and dated as this unit is. The ice maker didn’t work but the staff was quick to provide ice. The bathrooms are straight out of the 1970s and in my opinion are barely usable....certainly not comfortable. Just sitting on the sofa down feathers come through the cushions, basically coating anyone who sits on it...I guess if you are a dog owner you have limited options in Aspen so if you’re prepared to put up with old and worn out accommodations, this unit may work for you.

Communication was easy. The apartment was just what they said, clean and really nothing to complain about. Right next to the gondola we had an amazing time.

Aspen Alps staff was great!!
