Great location, condo needs updating

Great location and well managed

Rotting wood and marginal stairways and the place looks like a Class C apartment project. They can get the very high rents based on location alone but with the values as $$ they are in Aspen, it’s hard to understand allowing a property’s exterior to become this shabby.
That being said, I cannot say enough positive things about the complex management. They were excellent and went above and beyond for all requests.
The 3BR condo was in a perfect location and well designed. The kitchen had tons of dinnerware, tools, etc. Aspen Alps management is excellent! They fixed an inoperable drain 10 mins. after I called and brought in extra fans immediately.<br/>Very well maintained inside but the exterior of the complex is in serious need of repair. We love Staying Here

A few times we missed out on availability and had to try other companies. Yikes! Nothing compares. Aspen Alps is the best.
Spring Skiing Vacation
