Aspen Alps Apartment #202 [1]
Fantastic Stay, With Only One Issue
Reviewed on 2024-03-24 by , United StatesThere were so many great qualities to our first stay at aspen alps in condo #202. First, the location is amazing, and even better staying in the 200 building. Second, our 4-bedroom condo was incredibly spacious and felt very homey and comfortable. Third, the fitness center was amazing, and very close to our condo. We used it every day and loved the steam and sauna. Fourth, the condo desk staff and drivers were all very helpful and took care of all our needs.<br/><br/>There was only one negative to our entire stay. On Thursday and Friday, there must have been some new guests staying in the condo above us and they were way too noisy, including at 1-2 am. They would walk (or maybe run) on their floors and seemed to be moving furniture or chairs. I'm sure they were just jerks that couldn't care less about guests in the condo below them, but it was very frustrating to us. We would have called the front desk, but I believe they shut down at 11 pm. My suggestion is that upon check in, guests in the upper floor units are told to be quiet after 10 pm, and that there is someone to contact them from the staff if they are being crazy loud after hours.
