Celebrate the New Years with a fun Firework Extravaganza and incredible parade down the slopes. This event will take place at the Snowmass Base Village with the Torchlight Parade beginning at 6:00 PM and the fireworks beginning at 10:00 PM
Participation: Intermediate skiers and snowboarders, ages 8 and up, may participate. Online registration will be available at a later date and will be first come, first served (250 people max). A 2024/2025 Aspen-Snowmass season pass or a valid day pass will be required to participate. Participants will load the Village Express chairlift at 5:30pm and the parade participants will make their way down at 6:00pm. Skiers must be able to ski without poles. It is highly encouraged all participants wear ski clothing they don’t mind getting dirt or soot on, and to wear protective eyewear. Glow sticks will be present as an alternative to the flares.
Fireworks will also take place over Aspen Mountain at 8:00 PM
